2021 TRD Off Road

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before. I recently bought a Tacoma TRD skid plate. I noticed the hardware came pre-installed on the skid plate with those push-on style star washers. Are you supposed to leave those on when you mount it, or were they just attached to the skid plate for shipping? Thanks.

Yeah they stay in place, makes installation a little easier and keeps the bolts from falling out.

2020 Quicksand TRD Off Road Tacoma

Several aesthetic

Just replaced my OEM (OR) skids with the TRD skid and the star washers make it easier to keep the long metal spacers on the bolts while installing. Had a friend help and it was much easier.
