Exactly, pulled a bmw x3 out of some deep mud ruts after this moron from ny began following me this noon hr. on the badly maintained dirt road i live off. I had my truck in 4wd at the time till i get to the main asphalt road. Couldn't believe this yuppy was on my tail till we got to the hill part with all the deep ruts, mud, and borders. I drove over one deep hole with this guy right behind me....he instantly got hung up. I watched in disbelief in my rear view mirror as he tried to get out. I ended up backing up...got out, and asked if he wanted a tow while saying you need a truck like this on these roads. Couldn't believe he told me he wouldn't be caught dead in one. Well anyways i yanked him out in 4wLO getting some minor wheel hop in the looser stuff. Didn't even get a thanks afterwards. So much for this ultimate driving machine guy.

Get the guy to follow you again on another nasty road, this time don't look in the rearview mirror until you get home.

Pro tip for the future: the devil is in the details. The more descriptive the question, the more specific the answers.

Meanwhile, a single sentence without details has a third of the thread talking about axle wrap with the remainder thinking it's shocks or balance.

It's like getting on a doctor's forum and posting "my head hurts."

“Head hurts” would be enough for Web MD, regardless of your symptoms you either have Influenza or Cancer.

After that comment I might have said "Good luck getting out on your own. Guess getting tugged by my truck is beneath you."

Yeah, I'll pull you out for 50 bucks. Some times it doesn't pay to be a nice guy.

Don't think it didn't cross my mind, but i was never like that knowing i couldn't leave someone i know i could of helped. I've been in his place long ago, and was very thankful when a driver in a dodge ram charger bailed me out of a tough spot.

    Great attitude!
I'll spare the long story, but my friends and myself were helped by a nice couple that stopped to ask. We were teenagers, days before mobile phones, stuck in rural area, in the dark. Don't ever let the dick in the xxxx car ruin for everyone else,,, they'll get theirs,, it's not for us to decide.
