Anyone else ever hear a small chirp coming from the belt/pulleys at low rpm?

I first noticed this after i came back from dusty camping trip last Summer. I've noticed it usually happens when it's dry for a few days, so I think it's just dust.

Checked all the belts/pulleys and everything looks good and tight. I blew some dust out of the pulleys and went for a short drive and didn't hear a thing, but from experience; I know this usually comes and goes.

There is a TSB for a different serpentine belt
