My truck is 2021 Sport (not lifted). Tires are BFG KO2 All Terrain. T265-70-R17. Can anyone tell me the best Spacers size. If I have to cut a little, I'm okay with that. Thanks in advance guys.

    Factory wheels?
How much poke do you want?

I had 1” Bora spacers with my factory 2015 TRD Sport wheels. I liked it as the tires were even with the fenders.

I'm running Spidertraxx 1.25'' spacers and super happy with them so far. No issues at all, rough trails & jumped the truck over a handful of time. I had them with the oem 16'' wheels and they rubbed slightly at full lock or when in reverse.
Trimmed a little bit of the plastic fender flare/wheel well and it was alright. Went with wider wheels and rubbed more so I just did a CMC and its perfectly fine now.

I have a small lift, maybe 2 inches, and I put on some Falken WildPeaks AT3W 285/75/16 and they rubbed on the Upper Control Arm (UCA) at full lock, forward and reverse, left and right. I tried 1/4 inch spacers, but it was not enough. With 1 1/2" spacers, I had to remove the front mud flaps and now everything is perfect. The tires do not stick out more than a 1/4 inch and the ride is awesome. No road noise, no wobble or vibration. Tested up to 120 km/h. Here is a picture just before I took off the mud flaps.falken1.jpg
