Tacoma is a North American truck, made for North America.

Shh... we're ranting here. Besides, we're not going to mention the ownership of Dodge at this point.

probably a warped rotor, or a rock stuck in the caliper

I have 0 vibrations in my truck. Engine, tranny or brake system, all smooth like butter. Definitely something wrong with OPs truck.

That shit would drive me insane since I’m very anal on how a vehicle should drive.

To reiterate, either a rotor is damaged from over tightening, or a tire is out of balance/round or defective. How hard is it really to rotate to the rear to see if the vibration changes or goes away??

If it’s still there with no change after rotating, it’s a rotor issue.

Now, how hard can that be to deal with??

I have been told that you can also warp your rotors if you go through deep water when the rotor is hot. Never experienced it firsthand, but over the years I've heard it often enough to take it for truth.

Hot brake rotor + cold water = warpage

When you apply the brakes on a warped rotor, it's gonna cause bad vibrations.
This is not a Toyota-specific problem.

Home Depot or Lowes....maybe. But BB&B? No way. That's all sedans and large GM SUVs being driven by tiny little woman with 4 kids in tow

Wow, going from one of the most reliable, best resale value vehicles, to one of the biggest pieces of crap on four wheels. From a styling and application standpoint, it's at the other end of the spectrum.
I could understand saying you're going to another truck or even a Jeep (Chrysler...), but a damned Challenger?
For God's sake, consider a Mustang or Camaro first.
The dealer's likely going to tell you they can't find anything wrong. Do some investigation yourself or trade it off on the turd that will fill that hole in your life.

If I may add; consider a full size Bronco. My buddy purchased a $64K Ram (Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge) a few months ago and Ram is buying it back for being a piece crap.

I had this same issue, when braking the steering wheel and the whole truck would shake. Was worse at high speeds and when towing. Even though my front brakes looked okay with plenty of pad left I replaced the front rotors and pads with powerstop drilled and slotted and vibration went away. Braking power is also better now.

If you are under warranty I would suggest trying to get the dealer to replace them, but the powerstops were definitely an upgrade and are only about $160.
