    I ordered a new washer and dryer from Best Buy last month. Paid for it online, said it was in stock at the store. I went, it wasn’t. They set me up for a delivery. The night before they called to verify my info and didn’t come. I called, they said they would be there two days later. They called the night before to verify my info. I canceled the order. Done with them.

    Went thru that with Sears years back right after they got bought out by K-Mart...sign of things to come? :notsure:

    Only place we deal with for shtuff in that vein now is Lowes. So far they haven't let us down. 2 freezers, 2 washers, 2 refrigerators, 1 microwave/hood/stove oven ... all good prices and delivery.
