i just got mine the other day, it took damn near a month to get em for some reason.

 

Sounds like the wait times for Wet Okole!

 

I ordered from them and have an 09 access cab, purchased front and rear.When I recieved them they sent one gray and one black for the front and back did not fit.Called and they said dont make to fit access cab,I asked why did you take my order over the phone knowing they wouldnt fit.HuH

 

lol, i think you got my black mat because I got one black and one gray for the front too.

 

I ordered mine through Cabelas and got them super quick.

 

i just ordered mine and they upfront told me it would be about three weeks. that may seem like too long, but they were honest. so i say good service, but we will see. i guess ill repost in three weeks

 

I ordered mine in January through www.autoanything.com - took over 3 weeks to get them, and Auto Anythings' email response was nonexistent once and took a few days the second time. Seems like a common occurrence in reading the rest of this thread. But in the end, they came, they fit nice, and they look great. Really glad to have them.

 

Took about 3 weeks to get but worth the wait, supposely they make em when you order them so they dont have em in stock per say.

Great company to deal with though, I also ended up get the wind deflectors and plate covers through them,

during the install of the wind deflectors i ended up cracking the driver side one (small little crap), called them up and complained, they sent me two brand new deflectors for driver and passenger side with free shipping!

how great was that!

hea i ordered a techshade and some clear cover plate frames on 10/2/10 i got the frames in a couple of weeks the techshade still not here. iv`e talked to customer svr twice some cock & bull story made for each vehicle allow 14 to 21 days!! yer ass sucks buttermilk!!! oh yea there payed in full!!!!!!!.

 

i tried to order the window visors from them,they were on back order with an expected ship date of two weeks. i thought ok no biggie ill wait on them. well 3 weeks later i called them,i was able to get someone on the first call so kudos to them for that. they said oh they are still backordered for like another 3 weeks so i had em cancel the order.

 

I've been buying mats and cargo liners from Weathertech for years. Had them in all my vehicles, and they made great gifts for friends and family for their vehicles.

Sometimes my orders came quickly, sometimes they took longer, but I always got what I ordered and the quality was always top notch. I don't mind waiting a bit to deal with a company that makes great products.

That reminds me: I need to get some for my Tacoma.

 

I ordered mine on 11/29/10, got them 12/23/10. Only problem is none of them fit! The rear mat is crazy big! The fronts are not even close to fitting.

 

I was gifted a set, but for the wrong year. I'm trying to contact them now, but several emails with no response. I wait on hold for over an hour every day only to be disconnected after being told by the hold attendant that "no one is available to take my call, call again later."

I'm tempted to order the correct part right away, and hope for a refund later instead of waiting forever to work out an exchange.
