Enough to make it a lot of fun!
Thanks for this idea. I think this is the way we are going to go.

Ya if that cabinet wasn't super old and collapsed down I would possibly keep stuff in there. Thanks I enjoy all my sets.

if you dont have far to go - moving across town vs to another state - i would just remove / separate any fragile pieces so you know how they go back on vs having them fall off at random. then put each whole set in its own ziploc or sealed garbage bag, and then all of them in a large box with some towels or something for a little cushion. then if more stuff breaks apart at least you dont have parts from mulitple sets all jumbled up - each set still contained within its bag.
maybe take a pic of each from a couple different angles too? save you from having to search through the instructions when its time to reassemble?

Considering how quickly LEGO sells out of sets on line, I tested out a theory when ordering the Blacksmith Shop.

The day before it became available, I tried ordering from the US site at 7:01 pm EST (0001 UTC) and it wasn’t available. I went to the GB site and it was available.

Later that evening I tried ordering it a minute before midnight and it wasn’t available. 12:01 bingo.

Made me think if there were more people living in in the UK, Iceland, Greenland, Newfoundland, Labrador and all points South in the same time zones, it could’ve been sold out by the time I could order it...

    Back to original programming..

I couldn't pass up a really good deal for this used Fiat the other day. I just finished rebuilding it last night.

I was really happy with this one too.. thought it would be smaller and less detailed but its great. Didn't even think about the sticker thing till you mentioned it. My only wish is that they would have made it simple to change back and forth between targa and turbo.. not a deal breaker though.

Nice! How'd you create the blaster effects?

Believe it or not, I used a freakin laser. Just an actual laser pointer reflected off the surface of the ping pong table or the trooper's chest. Look closely and you'll see the travel, right to left, of the 'blaster' arc is on the table top, not in "mid air" so to speak. Shining the laser just offset directly into the camera lens gives the 'flare' or explosion effect.

Y’know, my 6yo thought our prototype was only “okay,” so he modified it AND added an ‘iceberg—right ahead!’

That explains why I couldn't see a physical bulb. Very effective.

Debating whether or not to get this one today. I recently placed several Bricklink orders for various projects, and have a couple large house projects about to get going. Might go by the Lego Store later after work and see if they still have it in stock. I'm excited about this set, just not sure if I should get it right now.

Sorry, but does that site allow you to buy all the parts at once? It looks like it just has the plans/blueprints for a kit ?

Sometimes. I’m jealous of you folks living in civilization...

The ability to pop intoLego store would be one of those times.

My closest is a three + hours drive into a,, sales tax state...
