    Hello!

I just got my '16 Sport ACLB fitted with a 2" OME suspension kit and 1.75" OME springs etc. -

I currently run stock sport 17" wheels and the base 265/65's. going to upgrade the tires to either 255/75 17 or 255/80/ 17 - not sure which would be better....

Question: for the wheels, i'd love to keep the stock - but is there a chart or a guide that speaks to X inches of lift require Y mm of offset? eg: 2" lift you should get a wheel with a minimum of +5 to -10 offset, etc."

    any advice is welcome!

No. Backspace is important. A 5.5” backspace is about the max on these trucks. When it come to negative backspace that comes down to what you’re willing to trim to make them work. Some guys like no poke, some a little, some a lot.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts - appreciate it. So, there isn't a correlation between the wheels further apart for 'balance' and lift height - with in reason naturally - so if I like the no poke, and stock wheels (+25mm) that's fine w/ my 2" lift.

What wheel width are you planning on?

If you wanna increase track width with little to no poke 8” wide 0 offset is pretty darn close. It usually puts right at even with the fender well.

I’m wanting to just use my stock sport wheels - and put 255/75/17 on them. If that will work - Meaning as is on width.

You’ll be fine. Plenty of guys running the skinny tires on stock wheels. But i always recommend have the tire store mount one and test fit, each truck can always be slightly different.

    Stock, 4WD, Access Cab, White,
    Work with the tire store.

Each wheel width has an acceptable range of tire widths that will work with the wheel. Stay within that range.
