Aloha! Having problems with my windshield washer.
Step 1: I checked the fuse. Fuse OK.
Step 2: Checked the fluid. Fluid full.
Step 3: Checked the hoses that lead to the sprayer. Pulled sections of the hose. I had someone activated the spray wash. No leaks and No sound to pump.

Anyone have any suggestions to what else needs to be checked?

Probably just a bad pump. Verify ground and power at pump and replace if voltages are good.

Undo the wiring pigtail that connects to the pump. Hook it up to a test light and then activate your sprayer. Did it light the bulb? If so, then your issues are on the pump side of the equation. If the bulb didn’t light up, then there’s issues in your circuitry, start looking for bad grounding... This isn’t very detailed, but it is where I would start. Good luck

Power is to the washer motor at all times with the key on.
The motor is ground side switched.

You can still use the test light. You’ll just need to be on the positive side of the battery if testing the switch. Ground side testing power to to the motor.

Not saying that what you said is wrong, just clarifying the procedure:thumbsup:

Nah the clarification is good! I appreciate it, and the only way I would’ve caught my mistake is if I was having issues too. Let’s hope not

Thanks for all the suggestions. It was the windshield washer pump that needed changing.
