Roof rack bed cover

This may be a random question about something that doesn’t exist but does anyone have or know about an awning that attaches to the back of your roof rack that can be used like a soft topper? Sorry if this is a little confusing but that’s my best way of explaining it

 

Something like this? I just found this photo online. There was a member that made something that I think is closer to what you are describing (can't remember who), but I do admit I am confused by your description .

In the end, no I don't think anyone or any company makes what you are describing and you'll have to make it yourself, or find an upholstery or sewing shop that is willing to make one for you.
