    YEP, Sure you betcha. Wait that doesn't sound right with scrapple. But how in the heck are you supposed to get up in the morning and go kill something without a fresh pot of coffee and scrapple. Cooked in bacon grease. Homemade works if you have to. A slice from a pan of homemade also works, not that flatlander stuff though.

    Wait a minute no coffee? Ugh erh ugh, never mind....

    I have always liked the CCC work, lumber and stone both of them. There is a place in the very North Arrowhead of Mn. that was built by CCC and not much left of it. Not many people know what it was.

    In my twilight tour in the Navy was in Asheville NC for recruiting duty and had Western NC for my territory. Would go to the CCC camp in Brevard ( yes CCC was still active then may still be ) and the counselor would pre screen applicants for me. Wasn't a gravy train ride but decent enough. Would spend the rest of my time fly fishing on the Davidson River that flowed in front of the camp. Or hunting depended on the time of year.
