Not exactly my work truck but I've added a shell, side steps and a bed mat. Conservative guess about 250 lbs. added weight. I have the Sumo springs and the truck sets (sits?) the way I want.
The ride is fine for me. Strictly another data point, nothing else.

That rig with just the the canopy and bed stuff but no rack is similar to mine. Looks like it’s squatting some. With no other help mine was routinely hitting the bump stops. You shouldn’t have to lift the front but if you find it dives much when braking with a load then you might want stiffer coils. I haven’t experienced that but my front bar is only as far forward as the seam between the doors. I could move it farther up but haven’t needed to yet. I’d guess your around 900 lbs with nothing on the rack. That’s figuring:
    200 lbs shell
    200 lbs rack
    200 lbs in the bed
    200 lbs you
And 100 lbs in the tank.
Do you have any extra bracing or vertical support in the bed to carry the rack? The exterior bedsides don’t carry weight, they just hang from the front of the box, the box rail, and a fairly light web at the tail gate. It’s probably ok as long as you don’t treat it like a full size truck.

Yes I have the brackets that mount to the frame in the bed. The lumber rack is aluminum so its only about 100-120 lbs with the mounting brackets. Id figure your pretty close on the weight. What did you end up doing for your rig?

I went with air bags because I didn’t want it sprung for the maximum and have to drive it that stiff all the time nor did I want the weight of a heavier leaf set. It’s very light and flexible but it requires more attention. Not every day but weekly or as needed. I could easily see Sumos as an option instead but I’m happy with it. If you camp in it or use an RTT the bags can also help with leveling.

I am running the Fox 2.0 coilover, originally set for 1/2" lift after adding the bumper I increased it to 1" which is about the same ride as before the bumper. you don't "have to" and if your running loaded all the time I would not that way the truck sits level or at least has a slight stock rack towards the front.

Update, carrying an Alucab RTT and Truckvault fulltime the Dakars are not on the overload springs.

Is there much of a used market for selling sets of low mileage stock springs?
