Guy that lives up the street from me ask me to make him two brackets for his fridge for his beach condo about a month ago. Finally got them done cause his worker has been bugging me. He’s a multimillionaire

 

Next hot one. Customer ask if I could fix these holes in this skidsteer axle, they’re supposed to be 1/2-20 but have been drilled and tapped 9/16-18 and now they are wollered out. I said it would be easier for me to just rotate the hole pattern and drill and tap new holes. He said I didn’t think about that, do it

 

Got it clamp and indicated, let’s do this

 

It's not what I needed but I'll be damned if it isn't what I wanted.

 

Nice. We have a couple set of dial calipers but we really only use the slide type digital and manual. We like the Mitutoyos here, we have digitals up to 36"

 

What would the perma ban have been for?

 

My dads torch, he never had an acetylene tank, he’s always had propane. The valve leaked a little, I can’t tell you how many times I’d be cutting something and look over and the the top of the tank would be on fire. I’d blow it out and keep cutting
