Custom Roof Rack by Rave Off Road

I've got a guy who's willing to trade his TRD Pro Leathers for my TRD OR Cloth seats and a rave roof rack/light bar. The crazy thing is, my OR has heated seats and his pro doesn't. I thought the pros were loaded with options but apparently not so.

This is probably a long shot, but has anyone ever removed or replaced the heating element in the 3rd gen seats? I imagine it's not too crazy hard. Couldn't find any threads or anything online about removing, just adding.
