Nice! I've got some longer pieces of 2x2 bar milled on the ends same lengths, and various sizes. Don't believe I've ever stacked toe clamp blocks like that, no problem with it just noticed. I also keep numerous lengths of 1/2-20 all-thread, meh, just prefer over fitting parts together.
I once had to (on a brand new 250k $$ pump) have welders weld holes then modify for mechanical seal. Anyways, got to last hole (had to do both sides) and figured, I'm using this stub drill, no need to use a center drill:frusty:
Had to have them re-weld that hole and do over, the stud was just crooked enough that the seal wouldn't fit!!

Noticed the saw was cutting crooked the other day. One of the guide bearings went out. Been out for a while apparently.

The toe clamps get wobbly stacking them if you spread them too far

Makes a huge difference! Our Marvel band saws have carbide guides that need turned once in a great while.

@Siebermd saw the packout bracket you made, you work in a machine shop or is that a home project?

Unless you've managed to cram more than 24 hours in a day, we're going to need a LOT more than one to deal with all the idiots I come across.

A guy came in our store last year about this time and said "the days are getting longer" I said "no, last time I checked there's still 24 hours in a day". He got huffy and said "you know what I mean"

I do fabrication work. I wish I had these machines at home. Had a little down time so I made this.

I work in a machine shop, we send most of our fab work out. I wish we had some fab stuff here. Are you allowed to share any pictures of things you make? Some stuff we can, some we can't

I figured if I line them all up and get a 2x4 and get going about 70 in the truck, I can get quite a few done on a tank of gas.
