So I went to local alignment shop that came very highly recommended, supposedly best in town.

Showed the alignment guy the JBA UCA spec sheet and said I wanted 4.5 degrees caster.

He did his adjustments, took the taco for a spin. Came back and did some more minor adjustments and took it for another spin. Came back and checked whatever and then moved it into the front parking and handed me the keys. Maybe 45mins total.

He said it was slightly tracking left, so he got it at 4.4/4.5 Caster(driver/pass).

I asked if there is a spec sheet, he said they do it the old way and so no spec sheet.
I asked about the rear, he said its not adjustable.

I now no longer rub the cab mount and no longer rub anywhere else in the wheel well. No doubt the wheels moved forward some from the alignment performed.
From what I can tell, it now drives straight. Only 10 miles so far. Was tracking slightly left prior.

I'm satisfied with the results, just no spec sheet. If I lift the rear another inch and decide I want another alignment from a diff shop, do I have to worry about the new shop messing up the settings or can they now easily keep it at ~4.5 Caster along with providing me a spec sheet.

6112/5160 3/1.5 lift, JBA UCA, 285/75/17 Cooper XLT, .75" wheel spacer.

Yeah old school alignment shops don't use computers or automated equipment to make adjustments it's all done by hand, I went to a place once here in SoCal that does old school alignments (Bear Alignment & Wheel I think it was called) and they didn't offer a print out either.

And they are correct, there's technically no adjustment to be made in the rear since its a solid axle. If the rear is off for some reason (bent frame or something) there are ways to correct it by installing shims or axle relocation plates. But in general you don't worry about aligning the rear.

I've never worried about getting another alignment after messing with my coilovers to achieve different ride height, but some people say you should. If it still drives normally after you adjust for more lift then I wouldn't worry about it.

If you're replacing suspension components like upper or lower arms, bushings, ball joints, etc then yes you need another alignment.
