Value of first gen tacoma? (Alberta)

    Thinking about selling my '04 to get a Tundra (need the size) and trying to find the value to list mine at... Looking at Kijiji they're listed everywhere from $4K to $13K, all listed within the last month, and mostly located in the northern part of the province strangely (I'm closer to Calgary).

    I've got 320,000 kms, black extracab, well cared for and maintained, zero issues, probably smells like a dog though. No aftermarket work done. Even looking at the closest matches to my own I'm still seeing a range of $5K to $13K. What are these things actually selling for these days??

    This isn't a ninja post to try and get offers on here, just a fact finding so I can decide if the Tundra is doable.
