Hey dudes! Anybody have a short and stubby 2.7 that they have done a seat swap in? Id love to put an actual seat in my brand spanking pre-owned Taco, vs the deathly rigid thing it comes with.

Lots of seat swaps in here if you search the forum. I just use Google: "Tacoma world seat swap" or something rather than use the forum search tool. There's also a good thread you might need about tricking the airbag sensor and the seatbelt sensor if you don't go OEM. If you just have issues with the seating position, seat jackers are an inexpensive mod that make the OEM more comfortable.

    Welcome!

Welcome! and as Yukon DoIt said just google it. i just did mine and i love it. depending on the seats you get it could be a straight swap for the most part even with the electronics or not. the hardest part for me was finding the center console, witch i still dont have yet. i got lucky and mine was super easy and a straight swap. good luck sir!

Ok ready for this?! (Still under the influence of 'new truck ether' forgive the bragging)I snagged a 14' with 92 clicks on it, the Ram store I work at took it in against a Ram Rebel, for $10,500. I get trade-ins for a nickel above real trade' plus d&h and tax. The day before I inked up for it, the store put it on the web for $21,089. I had the shop do a 100k tune-up (plugs, wires, fuel system run through-filter, pump check and line blast i think- , brakes, clutch inspection and adjustment, drain+fill the diffs and t-case and an alignment. So 10,500+500+698+approx 650 for tax bc i put up 3 gs amd the work was abt 1800 so roughly 14½. Which for Colorados absolutely bonkers Yota market, is killer! Its been exactly a week and i still have a halfy lawl.
