Mach3 was running the gcode fairly decent. Noticed my x and y axis were not traveling the same. Tried tuning the moors and calibrating the axis's. Only to gain a stalled gcode. Cut would hang up 3 steps into the. Cut.

Figured out it was a soft limit issue.

Now the thing runs the code, but the cut is waaaay smaller than what is supposed to be cut.

Hoping it's a scale issue with mach3.

Like I said above, I'm taking a step back...to the bar.

 

I have alway's found it better to shut it down and walk away. and think about it, instead of making it worse

 

Sounds like either a scale issue or somewhere the parameters for the steppers got out of whack. Good idea to step away and come back with a fresh mind.

Agreed. Gotta stop yourself before you start swinging the sledge around.

Fixed my iPod classic. Forgot I even had the thing. It's loaded with 500+ classic rock tracks.

Circuit board has a cracked solder joint. Nothing a speed clamp can't fix.
