Hello, fellow TacomaWorld members . . . I was wondering about piecing together a nice FOX 4 inch lift and are wondering whether it will be alright without a drop bracket.
I am considering Total Chaos upper and lower control arms (stock length) to help with travel.

Has anyone embarked or attempted on this? If so, I'd love some pictures.

    I'm a 2wd btw so I don't have CV problems, but still . . .
I also offroad, so it'll be nice to know how much it'll limit down-travel

    Thanks in advance!

Hmm. According to my knowledge, a spindle lift (only for 2wds) moves the whole wheel down, right? And on top of that, I can just add a real lift if I want to

For example, 3 inch spindle lift (which doesn't affect ride, suspension, etc) PLUS a 1 inch FOX lift would be good?

I'd still like to see what how a truck with no drop-bracket and a 4 inch lift would look :|

Thanks for explaining! I just discovered spindle lifts today and I think I'm getting it!

@whatstcp Wait, do spindle lifts give "wheel poke/stance" too?

Yep, I saw the widths and backspacing requirements
Also, as I was scrolling, I read that, yes, the Maxtrax spindles at least give 0.75" of poke per side :)
