Ok, I've done as much research as I can handle and I need some help. I don't want to replace the entire accessory belt tensioner and my local dealership gave me what I am hoping is the correct part number for the pulley on the tensioner. It's a 2015 AT truck if it matters.

    Part Number: 1660375020

If this is the correct part, is there anything I should know about, like the bolt is left hand threaded or something, before I replace it?

Slowreilly also shows the upper Idler is the same as the tensioner pulley.

    Weird. Thanks Tate!

So many threads on here saying you have to replace the whole assembly. There is a different Toyota number for the upper idler, but who knows if that means they are different.

@Sociopenguin oemgenuineparts.com also has two locations listed for that pulley. I'm a dumdum today I guess.
