First tacoma here, I bought the 3.5 rough country lift with upper arms. Got it installed and im 40 inches in the front and 39 in the rear. Basically the rear is 1 in lower after the lift. Rough country says it will settle that last 1 after a few weeks but I fin that hard to believe a whole inch it will settle. Anyone have this kit confirm? Also ever since I lifted it, only in reverse the rear makes a rotational squeeking noise. Doesn't so it in drive. I think its the right rear leaf but like I said...its rotational. Lift installed by two master techs and myself.

What was your rake before the lift?

Kicking myself for not measuring so I don't have that answer. Its a 2014 with 120k. A guy a work has a 15 with 90k stock i could measure. But to the eye, it sat pretty level. The lift was 3.5 front struts and 2in blocks.

Also..I have the smaller wedge end of the block towards the front of the truck, which wouldn't make a difference in height just pitch of the axle

I guess it’s possible that your leaf springs had flattened out to a 0.5 inch rake. They are apparently known for that. Then, a 3.5/2 lift would leave you 1 inch nose high.

Maybe? They are happy leafs though, nice arch to them. But I guess so. I have looked and looked and everyone with similar truck and lift are leveled with in .25 of an inch.

I guess just give it some time and see if it settles like they suggested. Good luck man.

A rotational squeak in reverse could be a bad u-joint. Made worse by the increase driveshaft angle
