I switched out the filament from their stock white PLA to a black PLA and I tried to print and I believe there is filament stuck. I have heated up the nozzle and tried to push through the black filament and I got a lot in but nothing is coming out. Any tips? I used this needle tool that came with to shove into the extruder nozzle and it took out some more white filament but now I get nothing and it is still stuck.

Glad you were able to print. I would back out the filliment and use nippers to cut the end to a point. If the end is flat it might have a hard time transferring from the tube to the extruder.
