    Trailer dry weighs around 2,000 lbs.

    MR2 is around 3,000 lbs and at the time of the photo the bed had another engine block in it (heavy ass cast iron), another head, clutch, flywheel, and a bunch of other random parts.

    Mini truck weighs ~2,000 lbs

    Dump run was around 3,200 lbs of scrap I believe.

    It’s not my trailer so I’m not entirely sure. According to the scales at the landfill it weighs 2,000 lbs dry. I know it’s 16’ long and the deck was maybe 12” wider than the MR2 so I would guess it’s around 6-7’ wide.

    My dads friend actually owns it. He bought it a few decades ago on a job site where a guy quit and was selling all of his stuff including the trailer. He replaced all the decking, installed new lights, brakes, rims, tires and safety breakaways a few years ago. For what it is, it’s a really nice trailer. If he was wanting to sell it I would jump on it.

    Nice SW20! What year is yours? Mine is a 1991 with factory turbo.

    The Tacoma pulled it pretty well, I knew it was behind me but wasn’t too bad. To bring it to shops or something I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again but if I were to tow it a lot, like to races and whatnot I would either get a trailer better equipped for hauling cars (lighter weight would be ideal) or I would use a larger truck.

    Appreciate the feedback. That's what I was thinking. Either an aluminum trailer or a dedicated bigger truck. Like the Tacoma too much to sale it.

    5 lug problems. I know parts can be sparse for those, but a universal airbag system would at least help with the rear end sagging.
