I looked some up when I got my truck but was too worried about sensors and not being able to work properly. Seems that anything aftermarket somehow has given problems with almost every grille out there. Though they can get it fixed I don’t want Toyota playing some game about voiding my warranty as some have stated in here.

I believe you have to pay once every two weeks, not twice a month. That makes a difference because you’re paying 26 times a year roughly.

We were there in January and still couldn't find campsites consistently without having to move every night. Definitely need reservations (we're retired so we're not on a set schedule). Had temps into the 20s and snow on the ground at the upper campground. It's a great place to explore with your truck

Have you checked around for a used fuel tank with their hoses?

I'll remember to plan ahead when I get the chance to go back. Do they have trails safe for 2wd?

You have an awesome RIG by the way. I always enjoy your photos.

I did get the OEM one. There was a 10% off with free shipping offer a week or two back so I picked it up for $80 shipped to my door.

I haven’t hauled anything yet but it definitely has a tacky feeling (in a good way) so I’m sure things won’t slide.

I already have the softopper, but I am positive I’ll remember this post immediately after the first time I have the top folded up in the summer and inevitably burn my hand doing the same thing. Lol

Yup, that's the concept! Ideally paying everyday 1/30th of your monthly bill would trim it even more, but gets ridiculous obviously. If I'm remembering correctly, doing this with your mortgage trims about 6 years off of a 30 year mortgage

Its a combination of two things:

    1) On a simple interest loan your interest is calculated daily. If you pay half the payment on the first, and half on the 15th then the amount the interest is calculated against drops down faster.

    2) If you pay every other week (as most people are paid), it tends to be easier for budgeting purposes, and you end up making one full extra payment a year (26 paychecks equals 13 full payments in a year versus 12 if you just pay monthly)

So paying half every paycheck generally doesn’t hurt much in the wallet, but ends up saving you some cash.

Thank you! Don't know if you do Instagram but my wife posts 3-4 nice photos a week there. We've also been posting on www.roguewanderers.com write-ups with lots of pics about our Baja adventure.

I would go to Big Bend Feb thru Apr and get reservations at the main campground right by the river. All of the trails (rough roads really) we did in 2wd so it's not really necessary. It's definitely not Moab.

One absolute bitch of a job, but I deadened my headliner over the weekend. My sub was making my roof flex so bad you could hear it over the music. Problem solved.

Quick charge USB charging ports. TRD badge on grill. MESO fuse box cover. Redline Tuning hood struts. Ceramic coating. Pop & Lock auto tailgate lock. LED bed lights. Lower bumper LED light that bar. The bed mat should definitely be one of the first mods. It’s amazing how shit slides around so bad in theses composite beds.

I put a big down payment and had a 42 month loan, at 2,2% thru toyota, on mine at $360 a month and paid an extra $150 a month to pay it off in around 26 months. Never missed the extra money.
