    1st welcome
    You got lucky finding that truck w/ such low miles and pretty much like new.
    As for the receiver, I went w/ the Harbor Freight one, it's much lighter than getting a full size hitch and I will only use it for my bed extender occasionally.


    In case you decide to lift it..
    I did mine and I am very happy how it turn out
    I also went w/ bigger wheels n tires and replaced the 3rd member w/ a 3.73LSD to compensate for the bigger tires.
