Yesterday afternoon I powerwashed the lower case of the Tacoma. This morning I have low oil pressure and rattle from lower case. What could that be?

Edit your title. Help in the title is used for people that are stranded, broke down in the middle of somewhere.

There is a known oil leak on the timing cover near the power steering pump. Black rtv will fix it without taking anything apart. Get some brake cleaner and a rag or 5 and clean the corner where the timing cover sits on the engine and after it dries, apply the rtv then don't drive it until it cures.

As for the squeal; you probably forced water into a bearing you could spray things down with WD-40 to try and displace any water.

If the truck still has the original alternator, I'd start there.

    Good luck.

Edit: low oil pressure.... If the oil itself isn't low, look near the oil filter for the pressure switch. One wire connection that may have succumbed to the pressure washer.

Thanks for editing the title.
