It seems the bolt to sleeve tolerances are a bit off between the two, .020 20 be exact. I’m guessing it’s due to a standard bolt size going onto what’s probably a metric sleeve. Anyway, does anyone see the play between the two being a problem?

I had that same concern when using the whitelines with OEM hardware. I made a thread on t4r.org about it. I can't get the exact link because t4r is blocked at work, but the thread on the tolerance is also linked in this thread: Its been almost 10k miles for me and no troubles

I've had the WL bushings on my truck for 3 days now. I did notice when installing them that it seemed like there was a little more room on the rear part of the rear bushings. I didn't notice any other fitting issues.

That being said I'm very happy with these. My crunching noise that I had going when compressing the suspension is gone. I think my suspension feels softer, but maybe my mind is playing tricks on me.

Here’s what I figured out for now, one wrap with metal tape and it feels much better. Hopefully it won’t cause corrosion. with all the grease it’ll be covered in I think it’ll be ok
