    I don't know about Yuzu but I am an IPA guy and Daidai is smooth, not overly hoppy, unassuming to the pallet and probably goes down to easy. Espescially after a flight of sake that tastes like water. My sushi guy never let's me down and always makes sure I leave full and with a very good buzz.

    This is one of my absolute favorite beers. I went to this brewery a few years ago with a buddy of mine who lives in KC. Since then I haven’t been able to find this particular beer, but Total Wine carries it! Freaking happy day for me!
