I'm looking for an A/T that is going to be a highway all-season with off-road capabilities, looking for a tire that will last me at least 40k miles. Thinking about the Toyo AT3, Continental terrain A/t, Michelin ltx at/2, Wildpeak a/t3w, and Pirelli scorpion all-terrain plus.

    Still thinking about it.
I have Wildpeaks AT3s, never again though. Low tread depth to begin with and well worn after one summer. If you want the look, ok. If you want performance, skip Falken IMO.

Michelin makes the best tires for what your asking. They ain't cheap, and they look hohum at best. I put on at3 4s from cooper so far, very happy, with everything except I'm not completely in love w the looks. But they were 50%cheaper than Michelin so...

Bridgestone Dueller A/T Revo 3. LT version has 50k mile warranty. Standard weight rating has a 60k warranty. Smooth as silk on the freeway.

That’s odd. I have nearly 40K miles on my wildpeaks and they’re not even close to being worn out.

I've read only good things about the continental but have no first hand experience. I think those are going on mine next time I need tires.

My Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus 265/75R16 E Loads. Have performed admirably in the dry, rain, and snow since I bought them. Fairly quiet on the highway. Just enough bite for the woods roads I frequent. I haven't a clue if I will get 40k miles out of them. I currently have about 2500 miles on them. Seem to be wearing well. Walmart has them for $155 in E loads. $136 for stock size.

King ex travel, JBA UCA’s, All Pro Springs/shackles, Locked, all new poly bushings & rack, SS brake & clutch lines, ext bumps for starters.
The Toyo’s would be very quiet and the AT 2’s are the quieter of the two, also the Yokohama AT’s are quiet on the Highway.

    Still thinking about it.
I paid $100 each for them from Amazon. Three were made in Thailand and one U.S. I wonder if they were some kind of rejects.

I used the Cooper Discover A/T3 E load and they were fairly quiet, and lasted well.

Put your money on a 70,000 mile Michelin . It is the best tire for what you are looking for.

Michelin if you want a really soft/ quiet tire, but off-road performance won't be as good as the other 2 above.

edit: 2 more options...Goodyear wrangler duratracs or
Goodyear wrangler ultra-terrian at (discount tire exclusive)

Same needs as the OP expressed. I do frequent moderate AZ off-road, though.

All my research shows the Cooper 4s hits all the buttons. Or, yes I’m going to say it, I’ve had zero issues with the stock Goodyear Kevlar.
