Does anyone remember if the bolts that mount the bar to the brackets came with washers?

Mine did NOT, and there's excess vertical slop in one of my brackets (passenger side). This allows almost 1/4" of play and therefore the light bar isn't leveled in my grille. The driver's side bolt/bracket does not have this problem.

I can get it about 90% tightened down and stay level, but once I really torque it, the bolt will walk in the bracket and the sag comes back.
