    My fav way to roast chicken, on a rack over potatoes. The chicken fat drips down onto the potatoes. F’g awesome spuds!!! Cook time 35 mins.
    I finished them under the broiler. I’ve done it with a whole chicken before as well. You just have to size your cut of potatoes to the cook time.

    Easter dinner; lamb rack on the kamado, served with roasted potatoes and green beans, and a garden salad.
    Lamb was marinaded in Italian dressing with added worcestershire, some herbs mixture, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
