Replacing leaf springs/bushings

The Tacoma has been squeaking like crazy, some people said pressure wash the leafs, some said pressure washing the bushings, I’ve tried both multiple times. Looking to just get some new replacement springs and bushings but not sure where to get the right parts. It’s all stock suspension I’m not really looking to change the lift I just want the squeaking to go away. Also any links to a good DIY video would be nice

Honestly just lubricate the pads first using that method. I usually use silicone lube and it works right away.
