I'm looking for recommendations for my new 2021 TRD OR DCLB with moonroof:

    Bumpers:
    • Looking for something that looks great, has an internal winch options, couples well with a skid plates, and has a clearance advantage.
    Racks:
    • Bed rack that can hold a vehicle tent, Thule box, overlanding tools, etc.
    • Cab rack that works okay with a moonroof.
    Rock Sliders/Skid Plates:
    • Something that one can use to step into the truck is great, but I don't want the ones with steps that tend to get ripped off when 4-wheeling.
    • Skid plates are all about protection for me, so looking for kick-outs.
    Thanks in advance for recommendations!

Yes, I'm happy to upgrade the suspension based on final weight.
    • Bumpers are usually ~40lbs over OEM x 2.
    • Winch 80 lbs
    • Rack 50 lbs
    • Bed Rack 120 lbs
    • Tent 120 lbs
    • Skid plates 100 lbs
    • Total is ~550lbs.

I can’t imagine two 275lb people in the back seats of an extended cab...Be sure to get curb feelers and fuzzy dice on the rear view, both look great on low riders.

I'm still doing my research to figure out what I want to put on my 2020 dclb... But really, gaining experience with my "stock" truck, helping me to understand everything I don't like, and what I do like about it. This way, I gain confidence in each of my decisions to install something. Taking the time to slowly learn what's out there, what all of my options are, reasonings for why I want a product with a specific feature that others may lack, etc, etc.

Personally, I don't like recommendations... Everybody is different, and my vision for how I want my truck to look/feel/perform will be different than what others "recommend" me... People usually recommend whatever product they have on their own truck, so how could one weigh the benefits, drawbacks and costs of one product against another, if all you get is recommendations?
I recommend that you do your research, come to your own conclusions, then maybe ask the forum if they have experience with a particular product, and perhaps, you'll get the green light to make the purchase, or maybe you'll realize a fatal flaw that was not advertised on the manufacturer/seller website.
Bumpers often require cutting the body of your truck (almost always for the front bumper) to fit the shape of the bumper, which is going to be slightly different for most bumpers. So if you buy one bumper and later realize that you wish you had got a different one, it's not an easy thing to change (unless going from smaller bumper to larger bumper, and you only need to remove more material... but that's hard to predict).
Anyways... My advice is to not jump into these big mods so soon... A bed rack is fine, and then you can put on the tent, and you're already capable of going on all kinds of fun adventures (just no trails with extreme terrain obstacles). Yes, you're slightly limited in where you can find a camping spot, but not that limited...I have been surprised again and again with the obstacles my stock TRD offroad is able to climb through.
Just make sure you also install bed stiffeners when you install your tent. I have the Total Chaos ones, because I think they are higher quality than others, but I don't think it matters much. Its just a hunk of steel!

    Self-reflection/conclusion:
I've camped some pretty awesome and beautiful locations, and in many spots, we were totally alone, far from civilization, enjoying the perfect, uninterrupted sounds of nature. The sounds of humanity were completely silenced. That's what camping is all about for me; getting away from "all of it". All of my future off-road upgrades, are only to increase the number of options I have for where I can (safely and comfortably) travel to. I greatly enjoy seeing natural wonders, but I also love visiting the vast number of historical mining claims scattered throughout the California deserts. Many of these abandoned mines are inaccessible by ~99% of vehicles, which is why increasing my offroad ability, is highly advantageous for me.

This was my way of giving you an example for why you don't need to jump into the big upgrades so soon... All in all, you may have different reasons than me, and ultimately you should do things however you see fit. But, I hope my perspective was at least insightful in some way.
    Cheers.

By the way, from your profile pic, it looks like you've got a double cab, not an "extended cab" which is another term people use when referring to the Tacoma "Access cab". Access cab is the smaller cab.

I didn’t know ACLB OR comes with a sunroof (OP meant moonroof). I thought those were all solid roof ?

I had forgot it's called the "Access cab" and Toyota doesn't use the term "extended cab", haha. I just edited my reply to the OP, thanks!

Also, I noticed your from 29 Palms; I was just there this last weekend! (Was camping at a nearby abandoned mine) It's a small, small world, indeed!
Idk why coincidences are so exciting... LOL

Toyota has ACLB , DCSB, and DCLB

I don’t think any aclb these days have moonroof but would love to see one if there is one

@farmtacoma, you are correct that it is a DCLB OR with a moonroof rather than a sunroof. Fixed this above.

Yes @nabzim, I'm amazed at how well the stock truck climbed in the Moses Lake Sand Dunes. There was almost nothing I could not get up and literally no where I could not go after airing down to 18 PSI.

Here is what I am going with:
    • ARB OME BP51 Complete Suspension - back ordered 4 months.
    • C4 Hybrid Bumper with full bull bar
    • ComeUp 9500 lb winch.
    • Baja Designs Amber light bar, driving combo pattern lights, and cornering lights.
    • CBI trail bolt on kick out rock sliders
    • Leitner Design forged bedrack.
    • Will go with a CBI double swing out rear bumper in the second stage.
Wheels and tires await the back ordered ARB suspension kit.
