Yowzas. Gonna have to wash it a couple of times and rewax, too; that gasoline will probably have stripped everything off.

Hot damn that sucks donkey balls. Maybe switch to the good NATO cans? I've got 2 and they are awesome and you don't really need to worry about that happening. and if it does you can just replace the rubber gasket at the neck and be good.

@jpereira2 here's some instructions for you and your wife. Infants are tricky so be sure to study them carefully.

Same. I like that you can store them in any orientation, and even in your vehicle because they don't vent and give off no fumes. I've had them in the back of my FJ/ Landcruiser a few times with 0 fumes. I have burped them outside the vehicle just as a precaution when it's hot, but you really don't need to. I'm just anal.

Those are what i've got, I second them. Great investment. Much less insta/ overlund points as they don't have fancy twisting mounts and you're a little more limited where they can mounted but they are far superior for actual use IMO.

Trailer's registered. They didn't complain once their weird fake VIN was on the bill of sale--they gave me paper plates and said I should have the permanent ones in a week. I bought a 7-pin connector and junction and am going to fix up the wiring, maybe move some lights, and paint it black it this weekend. Have to get my stamp set back from a friend then I might stamp the MA VIN into it somewhere hidden too - figured that might help my case in a theft situation.

shit, where were you 17 years ago. I think I may now be able to identify the cause of my teenagers stupidity. In all seriousness, there are probably like 4 of these that I know myself or family members failed to follow.

My wife’s parents accidentally got her drunk when she was little. Her mom was going out for the night, put a little whiskey on her gums because she is teething, she starts crying later, so her dad put some whiskey in the bottle not knowing she already had a bit. Shortly after, she was dragging her bottle across the rungs of the crib singing right along.

my Sister decided steak was the best thing for her kids to teeth on, all 3 survived.

I want to grab one or two of those harbor freight cans - I think they’re Midwest or something like that. They’re not cheap but also don’t want to cheap out on boom boom juice containers. Haven’t needed them at all yet but if I go up into NMW I would want to have at least one can for fuel.

Bearings all set - had the alignment done and the shakes are remedied! I am taking it up 95 tomorrow into NH so we'll get up to highway speed extended time then, but the ride back to work was a million times smoother. And they said the alignment was slightly off when they checked it too - didn't give me a printout though. Won't hassle them to ask, I can feel the difference basically straight away. Cool beans!

Sure! I’ll have some. Please smuggle it in and stack it neatly in the woodshed. 18” cut length and split evenly, please... :D

My wife was scheduled to be induced on a Sunday. We went in and they started things up and we waited and waited and waited. It got to Tuesday morning and things still were progressing slow. Then all of a sudden it was “BABY NOW”. She had the epidural but the little one just wanted to come out. She ended up getting her shoulder stuck on the way out and wrapped the cord around her neck and she came out legit blue. Everything was fine after a few touch and go moments.

The problem was to induce they absolutely pumped my wife full of fluids and as anyone who has had kids know, once the kid arrives they ignore the mother. She was discharged on that Thursday. Thursday night she was having trouble breathing while she slept. We chalked up to stress, new baby, etc. The nurse practitioner said it was a chest cold and said take an OTC cold remedy. Saturday night we ended up in the ER and she was put on oxygen and ended up in the ICU for a week with what was listed on her chart as heart failure. The fluid they gave her while inducing caused everything to go into overdrive and just caused a myriad of issues. I spent the first week home with a newborn and a two year old and help from my MIL when she wasn’t at work.

My wife is fine now, and the little one might be a serial killer, but it was touch and go for awhile there. It was quite easy to decide against a third at that point. She always said she’d have liked a third, I was always a two kid max so it worked well.
