Ok, so I have been trying to rid my truck of a persistent P0101 code and trac light at the same time.

2013 4.0 v6 OR AC. 62k miles (I live 3 miles from work). I am the original owner. Other than suspension, truck is stock. Oh and well... pedal commander.

After doing searches here, I have checked vacuum hoses. Added new hose clamps. Cleaned MAF. New MAF. New PCV. Remove and clean throttle body.

I had a Volant intake which was installed about 5 years ago. Never a problem before. Put stock intake back tonight. Only idled. Will report back after some miles.

it appears I am missing a smal bung or something for what I assume is a vacuum line. It’s where a small (1/4” ?) line from the Valve cover and returns to the stock air box pre-filter.

    Two questions:

    1. anyone have the part number or diagram so that I can reconnect that hose to the air box.

    2. any other advice on the p0101? I am hoping putting the stock air box etc fixes this but am prepared for the worse. I clear the code and try new things and it always comes back, not immediately, but anywhere from 10- 200 miles after reset. Also confused why the trac light come on with the CEL as I understand that is more common with other codes, like ones related to exhaust O2 sensors. Maybe I’m wrong but just confused.

    truck seems to run fine.

    Thanks.
