rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
I would like to change color on my 2021 Sport wheels.

A rattle can job (rustolium hammertone... ;-)

What surface prep issues should I be looking for? I don't plan to dismount the tires.

Just mask, abrade, clean and spray.

yep, sand it down so the paint can stick nicely.

i don't want to stop what you want to do but soft enamel rustoleum paint isn't good on wheels. Brake dust, dirt, road grime will easily get stuck in the soft paint and will look like poop in time. some people will chime in and say other wise but rustoleum is the weakest paint you can apply.

do you! ;). might be a fun weekend job.
