Went on an adventure, got pulled over, washed my truck and vacuumed the inside.

 

What did you get pulled over for?

 

I love this thing!

 

Had a beautiful sunset. Then in a cruel twist, the skies unleashed a hailstorm. No noticeable dings. The other side of town got golf ball size hail. My parents' cars are riddled with dings.

 

Changed the differential fluid now that my gears are broken in. And changed my spidertrax spacers to the bora 0.75 and got rid of my rubbing completely! Had help from the little man as well.

 

Red Halos lol. 4th time for those and I've never gotten a ticket. So I'm probably going to keep running them

 

I think some .75 spacers would look sick on my truck.... damn

 

I have one.....and I LOVE IT!!!! The thing only weights like 8 pounds. And it is a hell of a lot stronger than I thought it was going to be. I have concerns with weight as well.

 

Sorry my 2nd gen dudes... I sold mine and just picked up a 3rd gen. I will definantly miss it, but here's to a new journey!

I will say, the looks (of modified ones) are growing on me forsure, but I still can't get over the fact that they drive like a damn Camry....

Yes. Just enough. I've done the doors and back wall long ago.

 

I should really get around to doing this. Originally didn't want to due to it can be annoying when you go to do other work but my age must be getting to me the truck is too loud now it seems, just wind noise and such, I can't even hear my exhaust over the rest of it.

 

I know it's a 3rd gen, but still looks pretty awesome. Too bad it's like 280,000 on top of the price of the truck. Made by Truckhouse.

If I wanted a Winnebago I'd get one and tow my trail rig.

I'd rather just have my rig and be able to dress it down and park in a parking garage without being too conspicuous while still being able to throw the overlandin junk on and also still fit on the trail.

As for the price.

Well I've officially spent more on mods and maintenance then I have on the initial purchase of my rig itself.

 

I see Jeep's driving all over town with all different colors of halos including red, never seen one pulled over. I do think there is a law that states you can't have red lights on the front of your car.

 

Did you also do the back wall? I'm be doing that after I install my new AM/FM antenna.
