@MESO , quick question, do you see any problem adding the strobes to the OEM LED headlights? Or, adding them to your V5 signals for that matter? Thx!

 

Would this work for the backlight side of DD SSC2’s instead of raptor lights? I’m running the main light from my bussman but don’t want to burn a switch/relay on that for the backlight. Thank you for your time.

 

It would, but as I understand it the DD SSC2's can use the same source fused power and don't allow (internally) for both features to be ON at same time.

 

Can you make a DIR for a 19 tundra? Kinda think I need one for if now that the Tacoma has one..

Ok, been a very busy couple of weeks, but I did manage to get a few things done today. One is the prototype for adding a topper lock to the tailgate lock. Pretty basic, but I tried to make it as clean as possible. So if you’ve added the OEM tailgate lock, this just goes in between the plugs back by the tailgate. There is enough wire to run up to the top corner of the bed on either side, so you can run your Pop & Lock

PL9772 harness from the topper handle there and make the connection. I am not sure if these work with the factory installed tailgate locks (anyone want to look to see if you have a plug?). I used 14ga mil spec wire for the housing to housing connections, so there shouldn’t be any issue with the factory wiring (which IIRC, was maybe 16gauge?). There are 2 small piece of heat shrink to cover the connection where my harness attaches to the Pop & Lock.
No zip ties included though, I’m not @daveeasa Anyway, this one is going out to @dwong so hopefully we get a few pictures and some feedback (hint, hint )
