First mod, removed the chin spoiler from the bumper. Makes the 4wd actually look like its 4wd

 

they seem to do 10% off here and there on different packages so it was a little cheaper than $90. More cost effective than new wheels in the meantime and I can just peel off if I want at any time. I also sprayed the Toyota logo in generic black plasti cause I had some sitting in my garage.

 

I removed the tumor that actually has purpose. (I read it somewhere in this forum) Not much louder than before. Slightly better throttle response. I really just wanted to try and see for myself. I’m switching between my aFe dry filter and the oiled K&N that it came with. I wanted the HPS but it wasn’t available and it cost more. I’m happy with this one.

 

Is it any better than Plasti dip? They claim it to be better but just curious in your opinion

 

Those look more like 22’s.

 

Could be, either way, swap them out for some 18s and no stretch on the tire and it would look much sharper. But everyone likes something different, so if they like it then thats all that matters.

Yup all good- got everything that shipped today on.. I was worried about the boxes too, lol. Gonna do A-arm skids in am. Although it's my bday tomorrow so I went out and had a steak and some beers so I might do it tonight. lol

got my 5 channel alpine amp
wired with the tacoPoons box and JL audio 10w2 shallow mounts. Hits hard but lots of rattles so it’s dynamat time tommorow

 

What mounts are you using for the shovel?
