So the dealer order thing. Lots of dealers hijacked peoples reservations and ordered a Bronco to sell to the highest bidder. The dealers are required to sell 80% of reservations to the person who actually made the reservation without getting their allocation cut. They are encouraged to take the 20% for themselves and sell them for as much as they can.

Barrett-Jackson also sold the first new Ford Bronco First Edition for $1.075 million. The proceeds of that sale will go to National Forest Foundation and Outward Bound.

Now that so many companies are selling off-road vehicles, I think we need to be concerned about the overuse of trails. Some of the popular OR landmarks in my area have been fenced off to keep the off-roaders out.

Need ORV owners to join Tred Lightly and be known for keeping the playground clean.

I went out in the snow last month saw a bunch of fresh litter (cans and shotgun shell casings). We picked it up to clean up. I carry a big garbage bag in the rig to pick up stuff left behind by inconsiderate wheelers.

When I used to drive an early bronco daily (when there were still others on the road) , people would 50/50 call it a Scout. The Scout had a big following back then, well built machines, but rusted out about the same as the Broncos.
