Oh man this brings back memories, a buddy of mine had probably 5-6 eclipses/talons back in high school, he would get wrecked ones with good motors and swap them into good bodies, and then there's the time when he was an idiot and welded on an exhaust without a face shield and was blind for a few hours. :rofl:good fucking times

Yea this one is a trip down memory lane for me to. Friends mom bought this I wanna say 2004ish and the motor went out and we replaced it in 2006. It needs tires and all new brakes right now. Thought I was gonna get away with just tires, but going down the mountain they got a little heat in them and they're warped. The exhaust is also quite obnoxious and I even scared the shit outta my poor mother in the driveway when it popped doing a rev :rofl:Has a stage 2 clutch in it so it shifts quite nice.

She's used to my shenanigans at this point. I also was not expecting it though:rofl:

Growing up my dad had a 1st gen Ranger with a 351 Windsor and did bodywork on alot of classics/hot rods; she's no stranger to loud vehicles. Now my neighbors, probably not gonna be as thrilled

This is definitely true. I have a 65” Samsung 8 series in the basement that I purchased in Nov of 2019 and paid about $1200 for. The replacement for the living room is the same size but just a newer version 8 series and it was only $750. Amazing how prices dropped in a little over a year. Regarding the smart TV apps, I was surprised as well as I noticed the free TV plus channels that are included with the TV OS had increased dramatically since I purchased the basement TV.
Still, it would have been nice to not have to spend the money for something so silly happening.

Funny you say that. There’s a company that makes a spacer which lifts the deck up about an inch and a half for better ground clearance. Also there’s a good selection of treaded tires available for them.

I don’t see the need for the lift but I’ll definitely be getting a treaded tire when the stock one is shot.

Evening Folks, I'm allowed back in.

Hi John. Only a 30 day hiatus. Nice having a bit of a vacation.

Hi Craig, Came damn close once before when I had an issue with a mods avatar and some other person jumped in and tried baiting me with the "butt hurt" form. I told him where he could put the form and then called out the mod. all worked out okay. Life will be back to normal for me on TW.

Have a good night folks and be safe.

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!!! And, a hearty "Welcome Back" @johneman Ken!!! It is great to have you back in the fold.

Now I'm going to let out an Over 60's crowd secret........Ken has a new truck!!!

The tow bar for the chipper didn't arrive yesterday as was scheduled - should be here this afternoon. Since today is supposed to be a good one to work outside I think I'll fire up the brush cutter and chainsaw and knock down some brush - I can chip it all tomorrow.

    Stay safe everyone!!!
