License plate lights missing

    Hey guys. So I noticed that my Tacoma that I just got was missing the license plate lights. I thought it was just bad bulbs, but when I looked under the truck I saw these loose wires and don’t know what they go to. Does anyone know if these could be for the license plate lights??
