AC whine at highway speeds

Anyone getting a high pitch whine that is intermittent when the car shifts gears or coasts between gears mainly downhill? I thought it was just loud oem ring and pinion noise but as soon as I turn off AC button it is gone. Sounds like it is inside the dash behind the Nav screen. Does not do it on city street speeds only past 60mph. I saw an old post with similar complaints everyone said it could be Alternator bearings but the truck is a 2021 and I just started using the AC when the weather got warm.

 

Normal. Will happen at lower speeds as well, typically while accelerating for me.

 

Mine does not,, I do have some rear diff whine,,,, it let's me know it's still turning

 

Yes. Sounds like a warble of a bird.

I’ve found a couple threads on here from other people that have it, but never an explanation or a fix.
