OK - Received, installed on vehicle with PowerTank, and trip taken.

What do I think? The panels are very well designed and manufactured. Powder coating is great. Hight grade fasteners. Installation/fitting/screw hole alignment was perfect. The arrangement of molle allowed for the PowerPlate to be used to mount a PowerTank at exactly the right height - with the tank actually resting on the bed.

The problem? I failed to think about the fact that a DCSB and ACLB (what I have) are arranged quite differently with respect to wheel well cutouts and more importantly bed bolt location. As a result, the bed bolt anchor brackets don't reach/fit on an Access Cab (all long beds?). And THAT results in much rattling.....grrr.

I've reached out to Built-Right late last week. They said they had just discovered this issue and that "engineering is working on a solution." We'll see, but in my mind the only really solution for an Access Cab, and perhaps all long beds, is to redesign the panels so that there are not wheel well cut-outs. This would allow bed bolt anchors to be designed to be in "right-angle" alignment the way these are for the short bed. They would then be perfect.

If you have a short bed, I wouldn't hesitate. I think these pictures will help illustrate:

Some kind of rubber bumper/spacer along the bottom of the rack will help keep the vibrations down.

And that is my temp fix. But this design is not optimum for Access Cabs. I think they will make an Access Cab/long bed specific one. That would allow me to move the tank closer to the corner and make room for other "stuff". :D

OK - It has been a couple of weeks now. I followed up with Built-Right today and they promptly responded:

    ----
    "Hey Mike,

Working on getting an update on this bracket and any potential revision to the cab wall panel. I'll follow up once I have an update back from Engineering on this."
    ----

As you can see from the pictures any "update on this bracket" is going to be a non-solution. All of these same pictures have been sent to them so I'm not sure why they think differently. Not impressed.

    From their website:
    Toyota Tacoma (2005-2020)

Fitment Notes: Compatible with OEM Bed lights. Short bed and Long bed Tacomas use the same panels.

    * Fitment Note: At this time, we cannot confirm fitment compatibility with all drop-in bedliner systems, as the various manufacturers take different approaches that are difficult to account for.

    -------
*Same day edit of this post - Built Right has updated their website to reflect the fitment issue and noted, "we are well aware of there not being a need for the wheel well cut outs on the long beds. Meaning that should be reflected in any panel revision that Product Development Engineering will bring to market."

They have also offered to send a label for return/credit. With a tiny bit of prodding customer service now seems fine. If they offer a new design for long beds I'll buy one of those as the product, all fasteners, powder coat, etc. are great quality.
