Im wondering if any body has some advice on how they regeared their toyotas 7.5 IFS. Most people probably go to a straight axle rather than regear this front end. Other than buying a 700$ service tool thats backordered until september, i was wondering how any body else went about pressing on the outside pinion bearing? Im about to just buy a big ol C clamp and fabricate my own tool for it. Any input or advice will be read and depending on the quality, maybe even appreciated.

You talking about the pinion bearing behind the pinion head? A shop press and a piece of tube the right size does the trick. Making a setup bearing out of your old bearing is a good idea. If you want to pull a bearing this tool is worth its weight in gold: https://eastcoastgearsupply.com/i-131253-carrier-and-pinion-bearing-puller-tool.html . As far as the races you can get them in and out with punches or drivers made out of old races if needed. Other than having to split the annoying clamshell diff every time the whole setup process is just like normal.

If you're talking about the outside bearing just behind the flange it's not really pressed on you just slide it over the pinion when you assemble it in the housing and tighten it up. You ever done a diff before?
