    Hey y’all,

Just picked up a black ‘19 TRD Pro. I traded in my ‘17 Tundra too. Tacoma is noticeably smaller, but not necessarily in a bad way. I didn’t do much towing, and the Tundy felt like a boat. The Tacoma feels much more agile so far and I like it!

I’m throwing on some beefier 33’s once I get the truck lifted (Westcott TRD Lift). Planning an overland build with RTT, bumpers, and lots of goodies that will make my pockets burn and the wife’s eyes roll.

One question I have is, does anyone have experience with a tonneau cover in conjunction with a bed rack? I’ve found the extended brackets to help, but I don’t want all that weight hanging on such a thin steel adapter. The Pace Ed Retract seems like it could potentially work with the RCI or Victory 4x4 bed rack (want to a tonneau cover specifically to cover the bed and keep things locked up and generally weather safe), any thoughts or suggestions here are appreciated.

Excited to move from the Tundra to Tacoma community, these trucks might be small but they sure are mighty!

From a fellow black '19 Pro owner, welcome to TW!

I think you're on the right track with a roll top tonneau cover but I can't be of any assistance with that one.

Edit: A quick look in the tonneau cover section revealed this thread which has a couple of solutions that appear to work.
