    Hi New to this forum.

Trying to find out if the OEM bed extended for my 2019 Tacoma sport will work. The instructions show removing a couple of bolts to open the tail light assembly. My truck has 6. I am concerned that if I remove all of them, I might disrupt the "power gate" feature on the tailgate. Any thoughts????

I am sorely disappointed in the truck. Aside from the fact it is very fast, and all the creature comforts are there, this Tacoma (in my opinion) is more SUV than truck. The 6 speed auto transmission sucks. The suspension is not stiff enough. Cannot carry anything in the bed short of mulch and fertilizer bags. It will be my last (it will probably out live me anyway)

This is my third Tacoma. The V-6 - '97 went 22 years. It was still great when the salesman at the dealer talked me into selling it to him. Friends tell me "... your old truck had character, this is just another Tacoma!"

Sorry to read how disappointed you are with your Tacoma, have you tried using the manual feature of the transmission ?
there is plenty of information on this site to address your suspension concerns. the box is what it is.

Best part about Tacos is owner options for tuning suspension and drivetrain to suit individual wants and needs. Complaining won't change tire pressure or shift patterns. A new Taco off the shelf won't please everyone but small changes make for a better driving experience.
