2020 Tacoma OEM LED Headlight Megathread

It's a $700+ headlight. I would return it for one that isn't snapped off.

Bummer, I would send it back. But your call, lot's of people use JB / plastic weld epoxy

 

Send it back. Why start off broken??? Get it fixed.

mine was wrapped extra when I got it. You could tell the dealer opened it, wrapped more and sealed it again

 

EDIT: Does anyone have experience with making a return at OEM Part Source? They were super responsive during the ordering/shipping process, but have not been able to get a response since trying to initiate a return.

 

Anyone have the item numbers or a link to the TRD PRO headlights? Wanting to put them on my '20 TRD Sport premium. Also, where do I pick up the wire harness for it?

It says these are the 2020, is there any difference in the '21 Pro headlights? I'm sure they are the same huh?

And does one say TRD and ones says PRO?

 

Same LED headlight 2020+, no difference.

Passenger - TRD
Driver - PRO

 

A week with no response from OEMPartsSource about returning the broken Pro headlight I received. Tried calling and emailing and have got nothing. Any advice?

 

That’s rough. I’ve had good service with them before with half a dozen orders, but never returning something. That’s a total bummer

I think he’s located in Southern California. No affiliations just looked it up online. No instructions came with it but super responsive via eBay messages. Worked well and appears
well made like the others guys/companies mentioned on TWorld.

FYI this thread cost me $1,3xx dollars. Purchased mine through Olathe Toyota.
One tab came in broken, they were super responsive and swapped out the broken tab headlight for a new one.

Wow that is solid pricing. Looks like nice quality too. Total no brainer. The connectors alone at $2-$4 a pop x 4 x 2 plus shipping are close to the same price.

Probably only missing sidemarker caps? I have a 100 pack of those in knockoff style coming from China right now so if anyone wants caps hit me up.

 

Yep no side marker caps! Umm I’d be down for a couple vs my electrical tape job!!

I finally got a hold of them yesterday over the phone and they asked me to send photos so they could make a claim through FedEx. In the mean time I’ve already ordered and received a replacement headlight through Olathe!

 

Damn. Glad you got the headlight you needed even if it was from someone else. Hope OEM PS sets you right.

 

Thanks, I actually just put the lights in this morning and both high beams don’t turn on, one low beam won’t turn on. Both DRLs work. I’ve been cursed.

 

Check wiring harness for a swapped power and ground? Where did you get yours?
